Director of Residential Sales

1. Create and implement the procedures and the communication process with the potential owners to secure large rental pool of the new condos.
2. Constantly seek new ways to add and improve rental pool.
3. Act as liaison between the unit owner and the RSC.
4. Work closely with the owner on all issues pertaining to effective and successful management of his or her unit. Assist in the achievement of their investment objectives to the best of our abilities.
5. Represent the RSC on issues that arise within the specific lodging area of responsibility i.e. owner and guest concerns.
6. Represent the RSC on any owner and/ or guest relations.
7. Monitor the revenue production of all rental units to assure equitable distribution of rental activity.
8. Responsible and accountable for planning and implementing a rental property budget.
9. Complete all paperwork in a timely manner, including but not limited to staff and owner files.
10. Prepare monthly letters to accompany owner statements. This communication must support the RSC Rental Program goals and convey helpful information to the owners.
11. Be able to assist at the Front Desk, Housekeeping when requested by direct supervisor.
12. Be able to check people in/out, assist at the front office operations.
13. Fulfill all job responsibilities and any assigned task deemed necessary by the General Manager or Director of Lodging.
14. Adhere to all applicable employee guidelines or standards set forth in the RSC/DH&R Associate Handbook and Policies.

 High school graduate or equivalent.
 Associate Degree/Bachelor Degree preferred.
 Must have a comprehensive knowledge of Property Management with emphasis on owner and guest relations.
 Must have a good knowledge and skills in sales.
 Must have a working knowledge of sales, maintenance, reservations and accounting procedures.
 Must have excellent communication, interpersonal and team building skills.
 Must be service oriented.
 Must be able to work flexible hours and days.
 Ability to interact well with others.
