Director of SalesVillazzo, a unique Private Hotel Management company, is currently seeking Director of Sales. The position is based in Miami Beach (Florida), Aspen (Colorado), St. Tropez (France), Marbella (Spain).

Essential Job Functions:Oversee sales for all Villazzo locations worldwide. Work closely with local Sales Associates to effectively treat all inquiries and build new client relationships. Build brand awareness for Villazzo in the high-end villa hotels and villa management markets. Plan and implement an efficient and comprehensive sales plan. Analyze market trends; develop and improve customer service propositions. Must have strong working knowledge of luxury properties. Be a self-starter, creative problem solver and must be computer literate. Prepare marketing recommendations based on costs, benefits and risks. Establish relationships with travel agents, entertainment industry and other high profile venues. Analyze prices and services of local and international competition. Strong involvement in specifying new business requirements and product development. Implement sales action plan for Villazzo brand globally. Meets existing and new potential clients.
Qualifications:Hotel Management Degree from renowned university Ambitious self-starter, hands-on worker; "Gets things done fast" At least 5 years experience as Director of Sales Excellent group and one-on-one communication and presentation skills (verbal and written) Attention to detail; perfectionist; aesthete Excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal and written) In-depth computer knowledge; expert in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and all Internet applications
