Job Description
Responsibilities include opening the door for all residents and guests; warmly greeting everyone entering and leaving the building; hailing taxi cabs; answering resident questions; helping elderly or others in need of assistance into cars or taxi cabs; maintaining a clean front entry to the building; notifying residents of the arrival of cars, packages or visitors; preventing unwelcome individuals from entering the building; and any other services required for maintaining a first-class level of resident service, care and safety.

Must enjoy helping people. A professional, friendly attitude is important.

Requirements


Exceptional communication and people skills (you love interacting with a range of personalities!)

Friendly, polite personality

Self-motivated; can work independently

Day shift requirements:  7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Great for retirees

Swing shift requirements: 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. Great for retirees

Night shift requirements: 11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. Perfect for security guard or retired guard/doorman. (Must be able to maintain alertness.)Why You'd Want This Job
