SAIF is developing an integrated approach to communications that includes a new brand identity and a comprehensive brand experience management program.  As part of this corporate change initiative, we are in search of an event planner to cohesively manage our corporate events consistent with our desired brand experience.

 

Our event planner will manage multiple, concurrent events from initial planning through completion, ensuring all projects meet timelines, budget parameters, customer specifications, quality standards, and brand guidelines. The event planner will interact with internal customers, vendors, and department staff to keep projects moving and clients happy.

We?re looking for someone who has significant experience in planning meetings, conferences, or related events in a corporate setting. That experience should include responsibility for developing, coordinating, and executing events, and conducting post-event evaluation and budget reconciliation. If you?ve planned meetings and events in the insurance industry, or have prior corporate communications or marketing experience, that?s a plus. Strong computer skills using the Microsoft Office suite of products are important.
