Executive Housekeeper

The idea candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the housekeeping staff.  This person will promote a safe work environment and quality service to achieve maximum guest satisfaction working with supervisors, inspectors, and other associates of the housekeeping team.

 

Responsibilities include the following:

*Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning of the departments.

*Manage the selection, training and development of associates with a concentration toward satisfaction, productivity and guest expectations.

*Conduct regular inspections of the hotel to ensure adherence to cleanliness and maintenance standards.  Manage operating expenses to maximize costs while providing excellent guest services.

*Coordinate department's activities with other departments to facilitate increased levels of communication and guest satisfaction.  Responsible for ordering and maintaining guest and cleaning supplies.

*Provide proper training and reinforcement to meet standards and requirements, including hazardous communications, blood borne pathogens, and proper lifting, etc.
