Tanner Haley Resorts seeks a highly motivated and experienced Facilities Manager to join its Arizona team.  The successful candidate will play an essential role in the guests' experience. His/her attention ensures that the property is presented at its best.

 

After all, the accommodations comprise the bulk of what the guest has purchased. The physical property must match its descriptions, as provided by our staff and our marketing materials. If it does not meet a guest's expectations, nothing we do after they see the property firsthand will matter. S/he protects the interests of the company (the owner relationship) by seeing that vendors perform the work that is contracted at the quality level expected and that the value of the asset is preserved. His/her preventive maintenance catches problems before they occur and his/her responsiveness to problems that do occur eases hassles for guests.

Key Responsibilities include:Perform minor maintenance on company-managed residences in his/her market.Manage contracts with specialized vendors (pool cleaning, landscaping, etc.).Coordinates repairs with other vendors (electricians, plumbers, etc.) as needed.Perform a periodic residence inspection to check major appliances and structural issues.Remain on-call at all times for emergency maintenance needs.Maintain an accurate accounting of vendor charges and presents to General Manager.


Qualifications:A personal schedule that permits immediate responsiveness almost all the time.Detail-orientation, appreciation for the importance of minutiae.Problem-solving skills to resolve challenging situations.A passion for customer service - personally driven by customer satisfaction.Confidence and sound judgment to make quick decisions.An authoritative demeanor to manage vendors.Professional personal presentation.Three to five years? experience with Microsoft Office products. Professional appearance and demeanor.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
