Food Service Management - Assistant and General Managers

 



Bosselman Inc., a family owned company with over 55 years of experience in the travel center industry.Bosselman?s is looking for highly motivated individuals to be General Managers & Assistant Managers in our food service locations in Elm Creek and Wood River Nebraska.

 

The Assistant Manager is responsible for managing shifts, operating and maintaining the store to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction. Pay is negotiable based on experience.

 

The General Manager is responsible for executing the store plan to achieve established standards, sales and profits. This is done primarily through staffing, personnel training, operating and maintaining the store such that customer satisfaction is maximized. Salary is negotiable based on experience.

Job Requirements:Must be available to work both days and evenings Must be able to help control expenses such as food, labor, etc Must be able to develop a team atmosphere Must be able to maintain the safety of our guest and employees Must process outstanding communications skills be an effective trainer Must be well organized and have the ability to multitask Must have a strong work ethic with a "do whatever it takes" attitude Must be able to work a 50 hour work week Must be able to lift at least 40 pounds Must be able to be on their feet for up to 10 hours at a time

 

Fast food restaurant management experience (not required)
