We seek an experienced Food & Beverage Director to lead our team which includes Restaurant, Culinary and the Banquet operations. The best candidate possess strong cost management, communication and leadership experiences. 

Qualifications include: a Bachelor?s degree or equivalent with at least 5 years of similar executive level food & beverage work experience; comprehensive capital and operating budget experience; demonstrated effective planning, organizational, supervisory and communication skills; and the ability and skill to work effectively in a four diamond service environment.
