The signature restaurant of the hotel is The Boheme which is truly the ?scene? and be seen restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

 

This outstanding property is looking for a leading hospitality professional to join the team as the Food & Beverage Director.

 

The ideal candidate will have the following background:

?  Experience in all areas of hotel F&B operations (inc. Restaurant, Room service, Banquets, catering etc.)

?  Working knowledge of 4 and 5 star hotel and restaurants

?  Minimum 8 years experience in F&B

?  Is currently a F&B Director or similar
