Food and Beverage Banquet Manager

Premier Luxury Resort in the Orlando Area is seeking a talented Food and Beverage/Banquet Manager.

 

Location: Orlando, FL

Banquet Manager Qualifications:

?  2+ years Food & Beverage experience in a luxury hotel

?  Experience managing mid-size to large-size events

?  Ability to speak a second language preferred

?  Supervise, train and ensure the performance of assigned Banquet Staff, so that all procedures are completed to the hotel's standards

?  Ensure accomplishment of all related Banquet orders and catering contracts

?  Assist where necessary to ensure optimum service to guests and meeting planner satisfaction

 

Compensation: Base salary is commensurate with experience; PLUS outstanding benefits package!!!
