Franchise Coordinator – Development (Contracts) M1307

Accor North America (ANA) is comprised of Hotel Sofitel, Novotel, Motel 6, Studio 6 and Red Roof Inns and is the largest owner/operator of lodging properties in the United States. The ANA Franchise Department located in Dallas Texas is currently recruiting for the following positions:

 

Title: Franchise Coordinator - Development

Position Duties:

? Assist with preparation of contracts.
? Assist with preparation of forms and letters for the UFOC filings.
? Assist with department reporting functions.
? Assist with UFOC Archive process.
? Prepare signed Post Effective Amendment letters.
? Administer room count changes.
? Maintain referral sources for franchisees (lenders, contractors and architects).
? Assist Director of Architectural Services with franchisee correspondence.
? Support Development field staff.
? Support both Managers of Franchise Development.
? Backup support for other Development Franchise Coordinator.
? Departmental typing and mailing duties.
? Backup Support for the Hunt Group telephone line.
? All other projects assigned by Department Management.
