Front Office Supervisor

We are looking for a Front Desk Supervisor for our sales/marketing office located in old town Pasadena.  Must have experience required to motivate a team of people to help create an incredible experience/first impression for our guests.  We are a multi-million dollar vacation ownership company where customer service means everything!  Prior hospitality/hotel front desk experience a plus, but not required. Must have a minimum of 5 years customer service, retail, hospitality and/or sales experience.  Bottom line...must be experienced in dealing with guests/clients.  This position will oversee our front desk and gifting department.  Prior bank experience also beneficial, but not required. Strong communication skills

Basic computer knowledge/typing skills 

High school education or equivalent

Experienced in customer service and administration
