General Manager - Café and Bakery Retail

General Managers are responsible for the on-site management and leadership of the caf? & bakery. General Managers are accountable for all caf? & bakery operations, including recruiting and staff management. To ensure an environment that yields success and growth for all associates, General Managers are responsible for the training and development of other managers and associates in the caf? & bakery. General Managers have full P&L responsibility, which corresponds with the management bonus plan.



A Bachelors degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of three years restaurant experience is required.
