As Guest Service Agent, you will provide exceptional service to guests and potential guests through courteous and professional interaction. Perform check in, check out and cashiering functions. Use in-house computer system to accurately maintain and process accounts and reservations in a timely manner. Work in a fast-paced environment.

Seeking a friendly, personable person with a positive attitude. Must have excellent guest service skills with proven ability to be detailed oriented and be able to work well with others. Must be team oriented and able to handle multiple tasks at once. Knowledge of Galaxy helpful.
