Guest Services Manager

Marriott Experience Preferred!

1 year Management or 2 years Supervisory experience required.

Overall Resonsibilities:

 

To provide leadership and direction for the Department responsible for Communication and Telephone Service, recording and responding to Guest requests.  Within Marriott, this department is known as

the AYS  "AT YOUR SERVICE" department.

 

As the AYS Manager, you will train, motivate and manage the AYS staff, keeping Guest Hospitality as the number one focus.  The manager must ensure that each associate has sufficient resources to preform his or her job well, and consistantly seek to improve the methods to meet the Guest's needs.

 

The Manager will manage daily operational tasks in an efficient and regular manner, coordinating the shift operations in accordance to the Corporate and local Standard Operating Procedures, emphasizing Guest hospitality, and directing associates to work together as a team, presenting themselves as professional, aggressive and well-informed Guest Service staff.
