Hotel Front Desk Associate

The Comfort Inn & Suites is looking for a new Front Desk Team Member. We are NEW 76 room 3 Diamond Hotel located in the heart of Paramus NJ. We are looking for someone who shares responsibility, dependable and does what is necessary to make sure Our Guest is made the number 1 priority and taken care of.

Responsibilities Include:

* Welcomes guests by greeting them; answering questions; responding to requests.

* Registers guests by obtaining or confirming room requirements; verifying pre registration; assigning room; obtaining information and signatures; issuing door cards.

* Conveys information to guests by receiving and transmitting messages, mail, facsimiles, packages, etc.

* Provides information to guests by answering inquiries regarding hotel and other services guests may require, such as entertainment, shopping, business, and travel.

* Makes hotel and other reservations by entering or telephoning requirements; checking availability; confirming requirements.

*Following Hotel Policy and Procedures.

*Understanding Guest is # 1.

*Understanding you are a Team Member.

* Other duties as assigned

Skills/Qualifications:

Customer Service, People Skills, Professionalism, Multi-tasking, Dependability, Thoroughness.

Computer Literate a MUST.
MS Office and MS Windows.
Internet Use a PLUS.
