The General Manager position currently available in Williamsburg, Virginia requires someone with hotel/resort experience with an independent hotel background, with the abilty to train, the capability of creating a warm and comfortable environment, ready for the next step seizing the opportunity for growth and challenge, yet driven by maximizing revenues and the bottom line.  This individual must be a high energy, detail oriented, self starter with the desire to grow the operation as well as the skills and vision to take it forward. 

 

Requirements are:

 Prior Hotel ExperienceMust be computer literateExperience in hiring, training, and managing staff in hotel industryAbility to communicate both verbally and in writing in a business professional mannerExperience in property renovations as well as with contractors

 

We are a growing Vacation Rental and Hotel Management company based in Maryland.  Salary will be commensurate with experience.  Excellent benefits package available.  There will be a house provided as a residence.  Couples will be considered for this opportunity.
