Manager Meeting Services

North Michigan Ave medical management consulting firm seeks a high energy person to plan and coordinate 30+ national meetings. As our meeting manager, you?ll be regularly interfacing with physician participants, their employees, the internal management team and external association clients and customers. Detail-oriented candidates, administratively well-organized, who have experience in financial reporting will find this position varied and interesting. You will be expected to write, edit and develop marketing materials including brochures, e-news alerts, and press releases. 

Candidates must have above average computer skills focused on the Microsoft Office Suite; prior knowledge of PeopleWare meeting planning software a plus but not required. The candidate must be able to travel, have 2-4 years solid hotel/meeting planning experience, be flexible and enjoy a diverse array of responsibilities and assignments.
