Manager Of In-Flight

Candidates will be responsible for overseeing every aspect of the Inflight operation. Responsibilities include: direct supervision of flight attendants including job performance, appearance standards, and disciplinary actions, overseeing the flight attendant uniform program, development and standardization of all Inflight policies and procedures, training program, and other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations. Candidates must possess strong leadership, computer, interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work in a team environment. Previous Management and Inflight experience required.
