Meeting Planner / Travel Planner / Concierge

Our high energy Concierges assist customers with entertainment arrangements, travel coordination, meeting & event planning, flowers & gift baskets, and custom research.

 

We currently have a concierge opportunity at a prestigious corporate account in the Fairfax, VA region!

 

The concierges are responsible for fielding and fulfilling personal and professional requests from the onsite clients and corporate employees, including travel/destination management, dining/entertainment arrangements, gift-buying, meeting/party/special event planning.  The concierge will be stationed on-site accommodating a Monday through Friday work schedule (occasional weekends ? currently 2 per year).

 

Candidates for this position must have prior travel, meeting planning or concierge/direct customer service experience with a proven track record in producing.  We are looking for a self-motivated professional who possesses initiative and a dedicated interest in continuing the success of this account. The concierge will report to their respective LesConcierges Account Manager.
