CAREER OPPORTUNITIES


Steak n Shake is accepting applicants into its Management Development Program. Our comprehensive training and development programs focus on accelerating personal and professional growth. Program participants are expected to advance through our system, learning all aspects of our operations along the way. Many are becoming General Managers within 9-18 months. Individuals at the General Manager level have full profit and loss responsibility for a $2 M business and leadership of 50-125 associates and 3-5 salaried managers! Multi-unit management opportunities are available for top performers.
