On-SiteTravel Agent
TQ3Navigant is seeking an Onsite Agent for our office in Elgin, IL. Candidate will be responsible for handling car, hotel, air and group bookings, in a manner that supports TQ3Navigant's goals, objectives, and guidelines. Additional responsibilities include, administration of internal office procedures, spreadsheet tracking, arc log preparations, filing, and basic troubleshooting of onsite equipment, including Apollo CRS, ticket, and invoice printers.
Required qualifications are 5 plus years experience as an international Apollo agent, a strong work ethic, strong worldwide geographic knowledge, the ability to work autonomously, and excellent customer service and client interface skills.
