Owner Referral Manager - Elk Grove

Responsible for regional management of the owner referral function. Primary responsibilities include direct management of site-based owner referral managers, maintaining appropriate tour/lead generation levels and development of telephone scripts and marketing materials.

 
Direct supervision of regional, on-site Owner Referral Managers: interview, hire and train employees; plan, assign and direct work; performance review; motivate, reward and provide disciplinary action when necessary (termination and conflict resolution).

 
Coordinate with Director, Regional Sales and Sales Project Directors regarding lead and "tour" generation for sales presentations: set lead, tour and sales targets; development of tour generation programs; development of promotional materials; monitor Owner Referral performance and reports.

 
Write telephone "scripts" and "collateral" printed sales materials for use by lead generators and appointment setters in telephone solicitations.  Maintain consistent standards for scripts that reflect company policy and philosophy.

 
Work with Marketing Communications to ensure that all "collateral" printed materials comply with specific state regulations.

 
  Design site-generated marketing materials (i.e. party invitations, monthly newsletters, and related support materials).  Monitor production of items by in-house and outside vendors, and ensure adequate stock at sales sites.

 
Coordinate and schedule Owner Referral promotional events (, seminars, parties, road shows, etc).  Track overall effectiveness/results of all Owner Referral functions. 

 


Concierge program: Interval International, RCI, Exchange or owner guests staying at resorts tour at the on-site sales location.  Leads are then distributed to appropriate sales locations.

 
  Review and resolve owner concerns and/or complaints related to sales sites (these typically include referral compensation and sales presentation complaints). 

 
Other duties as assigned.

 



Bachelor's degree/coursework in Business Administration or equivalent experience, and a minimum of 5 years management experience in telemarketing/marketing.
