Patient Services Manager - Fayetteville, NC

ARAMARK Healthcare is looking for a Patient Services Manager for a 700 bed healthcare facility in Fayetteville, NC. As a Patient Services Manager, you will be responsible for managing a significant portion of a unit operation. Specifically assists the Food Service Director in establishing and maintaining systems and procedures for the preparing and serving of patient food, therapeutic diets and related products, as well as menu planning and development. The Patient Services Manager ensures that requirements for appropriate sanitation and safety levels in respective areas are met. Coordinates and supervises unit personnel regarding all aspects of patient services, including diet office, trayline, performance improvement and cost control as well as labor scheduling, staffing and employee training. Conducts other functions such as maintaining records to comply with ARAMARK, government and accrediting agency standards. Manage daily operations of food services to include patient meal assembly, delivery, and patient satisfaction. Will require ability to manage staff, write schedules, work with internal department managers, as well as prepare for Joint Commission survey. 

Healthcare experience desired.Cook-chill operation, patient satisfaction oriented, CBORD experience and strong interpersonal skills needed. Microsoft office skills required as well as additional computer applications. Training and coaching skills needed.Must be a great communicator.
