Program Manager

Responsibilities:

? Serve as a primary liaison between teachers and NETC from enrollment to departure

? Build relationships and manage accounts for 150-200 teachers per travel season

? Work with sales to enroll teachers on NETC programs

? Relay tour information to teachers, including terms and conditions, insurance, deadlines, tour features, consolidations, changes, and account information

? Research and answer all teacher questions in a timely and proactive manner

? Assist teachers in increasing group size

? Mail final packages to teachers

? Attend teacher conventions overseas as necessary



Qualifications:

? Excellent communication and relationship building skills

? Strong organization and detail orientation skills

? Prior customer service and telephone experience preferred

? BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience

? International travel and study abroad experience a plus



Hours:

October-June: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm three days per week, 11:00am-7:00pm two days per week;

July-September: Monday- Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm



Salary:

$27,000 annually to start
