Oasis Vacation Homes is a successful property management company who are seeking to expand their business in the Kissimmee and Orlando areas.

This position requires a hands on individual who will be responsible for checking on homes, dealing with guests and minor repairs and maintenance. Regular maintenance may include such tasks as pressure washing, small painting jobs, changing air conditioning filters etc. etc.

The candidate must be comfortable dealing with people and have a flexible approach to their working hours and type of work they are prepared to undertake.

The candidate must have a vehicle and be prepared to travel during the course of their working day. An allowance will be made towards the cost of gasoline.

The salary will be dependent upon experience and responsibilities accepted and will be reviewed after three months. References will be required.
