Supervise and direct the Reception staff to maintain service standards. Observe front desk agents and ensure that established procedures are completed in accordance with policy and procedure i.e. proper public relations techniques are utilized, guests are handled both courteously and professionally, proper identification and credit are established for all transations. Be proactive in the maintenance of the bell stand for appearance, organization, and operational effectiveness. Assist front desk staff in organizing breaks, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and according to schedule.



Previous front office supervisory experience required. Computer proficiency required (Galaxy preferred). Strong guest and employee relations and strong problem-solving skills required. Must be available to work all shifts.
