We are seeking GENERAL MANAGERS and RELIEF GENERAL MANAGERS who are looking for challenges, opportunities, and rewards of working for an Industry Leader. The GM is responsible for the overall success of the property, hiring/firing, P&L management, inventory controls, while protectect the assets of the company and maintaining profitability.  The RELIEF GM is responsible for the property in the absence of the GM. The ideal candidate will travel from one property to another in a specific region/area relieving or filling in for the GM to help run the property.



REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to live on the property (GENERAL MANAGER ONLY) Two or more years of Hotel, Restaurant or Retail management experience. Proven performance record for developing and supervising a team. In addition, hiring, training, scheduling, employee relations & terminations. Strong knowledge of P&L experience Able to perform basic computer skills with knowledge in Windows, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook Must be able to travel 80% of the time (RELIEF GENERAL MANAGER ONLY)
