ARAMARK Healthcare is seeking a Retail Food Service Manager for a 600 bed acute care hospital located in Manhattan. As a Retail Food Service Manager you will plan, direct and coordinate retail activities in order to deliver a finished product to customers within a service area(s). You will directly supervise two or more employees with responsibility of hiring, discipline, performance reviews and initiating pay increase. Performs manual labor no more than 20% of the time.

Ideal candidates will possess a bachelor's degree (and/or requisite industry & management experience) and 2+ years of foodservice or supervisory experience. The ability to manage in a diverse environment with focus on client and customer services is essential to success in this role. P&L accountability and/or contract-managed service experience is desirable.
