Sabre Air coordinator to $35k+ - Sabre Reservation Agent

Job Description:
Primary Duties and Responsibilities of the Air Coordinator:
1. Processing flight department reports and queues. 2. Providing phone service to reservations. 3. Cultivating relationships with air vendors.
4.Processing airlines schedule information and updating the schedule database. 5.Investigating and surfacing issues and discrepancies.
The Air Coordinator will also have demonstrated mastery of at least four of the following duties: 1.Ticketing, ordering tickets, ticket printer maintenance and supplies, and researching debit memos. 2. Researching and resolving issues and discrepancies appropriately, to the satisfaction of the customer. 3.Managing special projects from idea to implementation. 4.Processing and loading air tariffs, including interpreting contracts and creating spreadsheets.
5. Serving as a resource to other flight department staff with regard to flight database functionality.
Requirements
1.Very detail oriented. 2.Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. 3.Must have SABRE experience. 4.Previous customer service experience a must. This candidate start working day shift to be trained and then after a few months they would move to graveyard. They will be able to work from home for the graveyard position.
