Spa Receptionist

Splash Spa is a fast-paced, upscale spa located in The Sports Club/LA-New York on the Upper East Side. We are looking for a bright, sales savvy, enthusiastic addition to our reception staff.

Previous spa reception experience, especially experience with computer-based booking, is preferred.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Schedule spa appointments.
* Promote retail sales.
* Confirm all spa appointments.
* Enforce cancellation policies and follow up on collections, as needed.
* Offer the highest level of personalized service while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic, and helpful attitude.
* Assist with special projects, events, and promotions as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Reception experience mandatory, spa or retail environment preferred.
* Exceptional communication and sales skills.
* Attention to detail.
* Excellent human relations, communications, and service skills.
* Cooperative and friendly attitude.
* Ability to maintain grace under pressure.
* Ability to multi-task a must.
* Knowledge of spa services and facial products a plus.
