Our client, located near Reno, Nevada is seeking a Spa/Salon Manager with the following skills and/or abilities: 

 

Confident with ability to pass a very thorough FBI-Like Background Check.

 

Must hold at least one valid license as a Massage Therapist, Esthetician, or Cosmetologist.

 

Responsible for directing, managing, providing strategic leadership and direction to all spa/salon operations (manicures, pedicures, hair services, nails, makeup consultation, massages, facials, and body wraps). 

 

Responsible for a staff of 15 Full and 18 Part Time employees with 11 Treatment Rooms totaling 1523 square feet.

 

Proficient in staff management: Hiring, Training, and Evaluation.

 

Oversee the maintenance of the spa including overall cleanliness, service and economic use of resources and supplies.

 

Prepare and oversee budget and expenses including expected annual revenue and expenses.

 

Have a passion for guest service, eye for creativity, innovation, attention to detail, and strong operational experience.

 

Determine and implement promotions to increase patrons and sales for spa/salon services.

 

Research, evaluate, and coordinate services for spa equipment.

 

Must be exceptionally goal oriented.

 

Must possess exceptional interpersonal skills.

 

Computer literacy is required.

 

Bachelor's degree preferred, commensurate experience is acceptable.
