Sr. Project Manager - Chicago, IL

Senior Project Manager:
Oversee 1000 space self-park/valet facility in the heart of Chicagos financial district with revenues in excess of $7.3 million and a $1 million operating budget. This high volume facility supports numerous "Class A" office buildings, and is the flagship operation of one of our most prestigious national accounts. The selected candidate will need to develop an understanding of the marketplace, and use creative strategies to improve marketability. Identify market trends, and develop appropriate rate strategies for revenue enhancement. Use proactive approach to maintenance, marketing and client communication. Prepare monthly reports and annual budget package for local and national client representatives. Must be willing to work long hours to ensure proper operation of facility.

Responsibilities:
*Conduct preliminary review of all reports, budgets, revenues and expenses to ensure accuracy
*Oversee revenue control for area of responsibility; including report and budget development
*Monitor and audit revenue control measures to ensure performance to budget, review and measure location and management performance and take corrective action when appropriate
*Analyze data for recommendations including, but not limited to, competitive analysis
*Interact directly with clients to maintain and enhance client relationships; will be responsible for new business development
*Works with peers and supervisors in developing, implementing, and enforcing operational standards to achieve operational excellence
*Manage the staffing of location(s) including, but not limited to recruitment and selection of management and non-management staff
*Works with Human Resources and local senior management in the employee training and development, succession planning, employee relations, and counseling and disciplinary issues
*Works with Accounting in the timely processing of Payables, Receivables, and other required tasks
*Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse workload (proactively seeks new ways to increase productivity and efficiency)
*Responsible for the Performance Management and Development of staff
*Other duties as assigned
