TABLE GAMES DEALER

JOB TITLE: Dealer (Craps, Blackjack, Pai Gow Poker, Roulette, Baccarat, Caribbean Stud)

 

JOB SUMMARY:  Conducts and controls the assigned game according to the Casino and Departmental Policies and Procedures.  Ensures the proper amount of chips are issued during a buy-in from a customer and that proper payoffs are made.  Must proficiently deal two (2) or more games listed above.  Must be available to work any shift with flexible days off, including weekends and holidays. 

 

STARTING SALARY:    $7.043 per hour

SYSTEM TITLE:  TG Dealer

 

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED FOR POSITION:  Satisfactory completion of dealer's training school or Muckleshoot Indian Casino approved equivalent.  High school diploma or GED equivalent recommended.

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:  Must be able to stand, sit, bend, reach, or squat for eight (8) hours or longer per shift.  Manual and finger dexterity.

 

SPECIFIC SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR POSITION:  Minimum one year dealing experience preferred.  Good dexterity and some math skills.  Ability to follow instructions and implement tasks given.  Excellent customer service skills a must!

 

SPECIFIC DUTIES PERFORMED:
Conducts the assigned game according to departmental policies and procedures.
Handles customer transactions for buy-ins and payoffs.
Verifies fills and credits to game.
Notifies Floor Supervisor of any irregularities noted in customer play and of other transactions during shift.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
