Title Specialilst

Facilitate loan payoff processing to include preparation and recordation of satisfactions and reconveyances, recordation of deed in lieu's for defaulted accounts and upgrade release processing. Provide documentation to title companies, property management companies as well as internal departments as inventory is released and or title has changed.

Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Mortgage loan, title, or timeshare experience preferred.
