Training/Quality Assurance Manager

We are currently seeking a dynamic, energetic and proactive Training / Quality Assurance Manager with a strong focus on and passion for customer service. This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated, enthusiastic Training Professional to provide support to Royal Sonesta Hotel Boston.

The Training/ Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for the development, coordination and facilitation of staff training with a significant emphasis on conducting new hire orientation and classroom service training sessions. This person will also manage the property's Train the Trainer program and conduct one-on-one or small group standards / performance coaching sessions. This person will be expected to plan, implement and coordinate staff and management training in collaboration with Sonesta's corporate training team, including management development seminars.

This position requires strong interpersonal and communication abilities, as well as presentation and training skills and 3-4 years of hospitality experience in a luxury environment. Four-year bachelor's degree in hospitality or other business related field or equivalent in experience is required. Training experience is also required.
