Answer incoming calls from hotel guests regarding customer service issues.

? Place calls to hotels, travel agents, and guests to resolve guest concerns.

? Transfer calls to hotel departments (reservations, concierge, etc.)

? Complete Call Tracking Data for all items of concern or disbursements rendered.

? Work well together with diverse staff.

Required Skills:

? Cross training on more than one brand desired, but not required.

? Ability to work a flexible schedule.

? Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.

? Strong customer service skills.

? GDS knowledge preferred

? Ability to type 25 wpm required
