Travel Clerk

Successful candidate is responsible for providing research and response to customer service requests received via e-mail and/or telephone. Duties may include manual hotel and car reservations, batch tickets and prepare for delivery, mail/fax distribution. Knowledge of office equipment (Fax, copy machines, etc.) required. The Travel Clerk will support the Team Leaders, Lead Counselors and Travel Counselors in these duties. The primary support is to the Cruise and Tour Teams, but can be required to support other teams and businesses in the site.

Travel background experience is a plus. Knowledge utilizing the Sabre/Saturn computer system is a plus. Some past demonstration of customer service skills, quality communication skills both written and verbal required. Ability to handle change and pressure in a busy environment is necessary. Knowledge of American Express policies and procedures is a plus
