The PetsHotel Manager will be responsible for over seeing PetsHotel, including 20-30 associates depending on the time of year. This position is responsible for providing unleashed customer service to all current and potential PetsHotel customers. The PetsHotel Manager ensures that all pet parents and guests have a pleasant experience by providing a safe, comfortable, and a fun environment. The PetsHotel Manager ensures strict adherence to all PetsHotel policies and procedures. The PetsHotel Manager is also responsible for creating a professional, visible image within the community.
