We are an outsourcing option specializing in creating and retaining new market share for fortune 500 companies.

We have been in the sales & marketing business for over 3 years and currently have 5 offices. We plan to double our growth within the next year.

We are currently hiring for Account managers. Account Managers are responsible for representing our clients they help build rapport by giving verbal presentations, and there is also interviewing and training that is involved with the position as well.

Kinetic Solutions Inc. has immediate openings in the areas of sales, marketing and management training. All positions are entry-level, as we provide paid training and promote only from within our company. Kinetic Solutions offers advancement based on merit and performance not seniority.

-Improving Customer Loyalty (market leaders are companies with the strongest customer loyalty)
-Building awareness & demand for new products & services
-Identifying new market opportunities for our client's products and services
-Negotiation of contracts and services
-On-site presentations with small to midsize business owners

This job involves face to face sales of services to new business prospects. The entry level is where these skills are taught. After that, individuals grow into upward responsibilities in the company. Due to the fact there is no seniority in our company, employees grow at different speeds.  Pay based on performance.
