We?re currently seeking a Project Coordinator for our Phoenix, AZ location. This highly organized and professional ?people person? will prepare and manage important documentation, such as our Technology Services Agreement, while helping with database conversions and other processes. In this role, you must be dynamic: able to advise property contacts for maintaining consistent room charges, and assisting in configuring hardware, preparing systems and converting to Optimal Rate Management.

To Qualify You Must Possess:
? MS Word & Excel proficiency
? Excellent interpersonal and written communication, and customer service skills
? Hardware and software skills, including familiarity with software loading and internet configuration
? Proven customer service skills and phone etiquette
? Favored candidates will have college education, sales and marketing experience and familiarity with Choice proprietary systems.
