Currently, we are seeking seasoned Recruiters to support our hiring efforts, recruitment initiatives/objectives, and ultimately, goals for superior care.

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will utilize various sources (media, the internet, referrals, nursing schools, direct mail, etc.) to source nurses and other health care professionals across various disciplines. In addition, you will interview/screen candidates, interact with hospital staff and internal departments, and assist with all operations and marketing efforts.

To qualify, you must have 3-5 years of relevant experience (nurse recruiting, hospital recruiting, other healthcare environment) and be highly familiar with sourcing strategies and recruiting techniques. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is required, along with excellent interpersonal, organizational and written/verbal communication skills. A track record of successful recruiting and PC proficiency are essential, while a college degree preferred. RN will also be expected for Nurse Recruiter role.
