ASSOC HR MGR

Job Responsibilities:

Demonstrates the ability to execute against HR strategies and draw linkages
andunderstanding with business clients. Assists Associate HR Director in
identifykey organizational issues and change management needs to drive current
and future performance. Ensures flawless implementation of HR functions i.e.
recruitment, compensation and benefits administration, Industrial Relations,
SOP administration, HRIS through effective HR practices and standards.
Participates in the recruitment process, screens applications for competency
matching with the positionspecifications. Proposes salary packages which ensure
internal equity and external competitiveness. Accesses resources across
divisions, functions and Centers of Excellence for expertise, support, and best
practices when recommending andimplementing decisions. Assists the Associate HR
Director in the implementation of Leadership Development initiatives and other
training programs throughout the organization. Championing the overall running
of inhouse training curriculumand competency models and assessments.
Demonstrates a balanced perspective when dealing with employeerelated issues,
striving for organizational justice and consistency with BMS Pledge and Core
BMS Behaviors. Builds rapport and communicates effectively with employees at
all levels, to demonstrate the awareness of their different needs, background
and cultures, and buyin for organizational initia tes and strategic direction.
Provides ongoing coaching to clients to improve work performance and develop
skills and abilities. Provides effective behavioralfeedback, expresses positive
expectations for future performance and gives individualized suggestions for
development. Fosters and environment that promotes effective communication and
continuous innovation to support organizational growth and development.

Job Requirements/Education:

BA or BS in Human Resources Management or related area required MBA or MS
preferred. 3 to 5 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist role
supporting multiple clients in a matrix environment. Proven ability to provide
and implement HR solutions in an organization experiencing significant change.
Experience working productively with a diverse group of individuals at all
levels in the organization. Demonstrated ability to drive change management
activities which drive positive organizational outcomes. Proven ability to
effectively work in amatrix and crossfunctional team environment. Demonstrated
ability in project planning and management. Prior experience in various HR
areas including Trainingand Development, Compensation, Benefits and Employee
relations. Solid understanding of business functions, including finance,
operations and research and development. Knowledge of local employment law and
related regulations.

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
