Accenture?s Services workforce is a dedicated team of people who work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, help desk services, and HR.  We not only maintain key business functions for clients, we constantly seek to improve them to help our clients move ahead of the competition.

 

The Services workforce is made up of four groups: Client Operations, Project Based, Delivery Centers and BPO Businesses.  Most of our people in Services are based long-term at a client location, an Accenture Delivery Center or, in some cases, an Accenture office.

 

Individuals within the global network of Delivery Centers provide clients with proven solutions, proprietary software assets and industry best practices to deliver an outsourcing solution at a fraction of the cost required to run the process in house. The Delivery Center model is based on the principle that efficiencies and economies of scale are achieved through procedural best practices and centralized relationships for our clients specializing in finance and accounting, procurement, customer service, human resources and other services.

 

 

The Svcs HR Rep manages provides support for general human resources activities for personnel and/or project teams at the center including performance management, career counseling/coaching, staffing/workforce management, employee relations and other responsibilities as assigned. Additionally, the HR Rep will define standards and reusable approaches within own area of responsibility and share knowledge with colleagues/team members. The HR Rep influences direction and suggests solutions for medium complex team (s). The HR Rep also exercises consistent judgment and discretion with work directly related to management policies and the general operations of the business. This position will have responsibility for the following:

Qualifications

 3- 5 years experience customer interfacing both written and verbal3 - 5 years of facilitation and coaching skills3-5 years handling conflict management3-5 years experience working in an HR Generalist capacity3-5 years experience handling employee relations
