Account Executive

Employment & Employer Services, Inc is a private company established in 1982 specializing in finding employment for low-income and laid-off workers.  its job placement services are offered at no cost to both the job seeker and the employer.

 

Job Summary:

The Account Executive will develop relationships with employers throughout the Chicagoland area who have job openings suitable for our customers.

 

Duties Include:Implements targeted marketing strategies to find job openings appropriate for our customers

 Meets with potential and existing employers and visits job sites to collect detailed company and job opening information.

 Distributes detailed Job Order information via e-mail.

 Consults with employers to design and conduct recruiting events.

 Screens customers and refers appropriate candidates to employers.

 

Requirements:  Proven successful track record in sales, staffing or recruiting.  Must have knowledge of the job market, the Chicago area, good job matching skills and reliable transportation.  Bachelors degree, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong computer skills.
