The Execu|Search Group is one of the tri-state?s leading professional recruitment and temporary staffing firms, with offices in both NYC and Westchester. Established in 1985 and comprised of 90 professionals, we are currently seeking one or more focused, self-driven Account Executives to join our accounting and finance sales team.

 

Responsibilities:

Sourcing:
Identify viable client prospects from various sources including:  directories, contact lists, databases, leads, newspapers, magazines and personal networking.
Recognize and expand on seasonal/market condition trends and related staffing needs.
Attend industry related functions for networking opportunities and enhanced product knowledge.

Qualifying:
Identify and initiate contact with all authorized hiring decision makers within companies.
Secure initial client visit with all qualified prospects.

Securing new business:
Convert prospects into new clients.
Obtain defined job orders with detailed job descriptions and skill requirements.
Set and negotiate bill and pay rates and temp-to-perm conversion plans.
Introduce appropriate Staffing Coordinator and manage fulfillment process.
Follow-up on assignments for additional sales.

 

We are only interested in a dialogue with experienced Sales people who have already successfully sold accounting and finance consulting and or staffing services and have existing contacts in the industry.
