Account Manager/Sales

Semper International is in need of a Sales/Account Manager for our San Francisco office. We are a specialty staffing firm for the Printing, Copying and Digital industry. Our goal is to provide a solid flexible staffing solution to our clients with options to Flex-to-hire and Direct Hire candidates if our clients needs are greater than just temporary (Flex) staffing. Being a niche firm we require any internal hires to have at least 3 year experience in the printing field or 5 years experience in the Temporary staffing business.

Your ability to multi task, set priorities, SELL, recruit and grow the office will be key. It is very important that any candidates applying to this position have good computers skills, able to use a database, multiple websites and email/IM's to communicate internally and with clients and candidates. We are seeking a self-motivated, top performer!

Our requirements for consideration:

1) 3 years printing experience or 5 years temporary staffing placement experience.

2) Strong computer skills. (we use Mac's)

3) Ability and willingness to sell our services to San Francisco area companies.

4) Client visits, presentations and outside selling experience a plus.

5) 4 year college degree.

6) A desire to succeed over any obstacles provided you follow these boundaries (Honor, Ethics, Legal and Moral)
