Account Specialist

Our RPO team provides recruitment outsourcing for our Fortune 100 pharmaceutical client, staffing their multiple sales divisions.

The Account Specialist is the single point of contact between the RPO team and the client, so strong verbal and written communication skills are required. We are looking for an individual with the internal drive to own and be accountable for filling open positions in several of the sales divisions. The ultimate candidate would be an experienced self starter who prefers to work independently and flourishes in the entrepreneurial climate that is promoted in Manpower RPO. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 3 years successful recruiting experience, preferably in the sales arena. Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to learn the client's talent management system are essential to success in this position.
