Admin Assistant needed for busy office

Are you a team player and able to multitask? This slot may be for you. Position would indirectly support (along with four other secretaries) about 75 statisticians. Duties include but not limited to, typing reports, letters, proposals, memos, papers and presentations including equations, tables and flowcharts.
Handle new applicants/employees, reserve accommodations and travel arrangements for applicant.
Schedule various meetings including monthly management, senior staff meetings, and brown bag lunches.
Maintain logs for various projects. Handle forms for dues and subscriptions, educational reimbursement, meeting attendance, business cards, check requests and other various duties.
