Administative Assistant for Purchasing Dept

Seeking administrative assistant for purchasing manager and purchasing department. Responsibilities include phone support, copying and filing, and accountability for confidential and time sensitive material. Prepare routine and advanced correspondence including letters, memoranda, and reports. Must be extremely well-organized, self starting, attentive to detail, have strong written and oral communication skills and able to multi-task. Must have a strong background in MS office, especially excel. Must have 2-3 years administrative assistant experience and able to work in a fast paced environment.
